About Me

Malcolm Fryer is  a well-established artist based in the North West. He has been painting for all his life and wherever he has been and lived, his work has been a reflection of and response to his surroundings. He has a passion for music which is something that is evident when viewing his work. He is able to portray the essence and spirit of the world around him and it has been said many times, that you can return to one of his paintings on countless occasions and you will always see something new.

He works very hard to consider the harmony of his work and until this is reached, will not allow it to be resolved. The creation of his work can take a long period of time as it is the culmination of many layers of carefully considered placement.
